3 cups of cleaned, fresh bluefish
1/2 cup diced sweet onions
2 egg whites
2/3 cup of Blue Cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream

Sauté onions in coconut oil until translucent. Put the bluefish in a blender set on chop for 40 seconds. In a medium or large bowl, combine and mix all ingredients, then form into patties. Cook for two minutes on each side on the grill or skillet, turning carefully. Lay on salad greens, garnish with lemon or place on a bun. Makes about 8 burgers depending on size of patties.
